Leading Your Community Takes More Than Good Intentions

Being a board member is one of the most important volunteer roles in your community. It also comes with real responsibility. You're making financial decisions, interpreting governing documents, navigating state law, managing vendors, and trying to keep your neighbors informed and your community protected. Most board members step into that role without a roadmap.

That's exactly why we built this.

Navigate is committed to board member education because we believe informed boards lead better communities. The laws governing Washington community associations are changing, the stakes around insurance and reserves are higher than ever, and WUCIOA has introduced a new level of complexity that even experienced boards are still working through. Our free workshop series exists to cut through the noise and give you straightforward, practical education on the topics that matter most right now.
