Navigate is a local family owned Washington management company. Our vision is to provide a management solution for every community, regardless of size, type or budget. From consulting services only to full-time on-site management services, we will customize our services to the level of management you need.

 

Our goal is to empower Board Members with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions while taking on all the time consuming, the crucial management responsibilities, and the day to day operations of your association.

 

We use the latest technology to streamline the management process so we can focus on managing your property. We pride ourselves on responsive and proactive services that work in the best interest of your association.  We take a personal interest in the associations we manage and work to protect your investment.  

 

 

 

 

ABOUT NAVIGATE

NICOLAS MARIN
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Nicolas Marin is the Founder of Navigate Community Management, AAMC. With more than 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Nicolas is an experienced Community Association Manager. He has obtained the following designations from the Community Association Institute: 

  • Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA)

  • Association Management Specialist (AMS)

  • Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)

  • Reserve Specialist (RS)

 

Nicolas saw a strong need for a high-quality, community association management company. He formed Navigate, a local innovative management company, backed by technology to bring a greater level of management to condominiums, and homeowners associations.

 

Nicolas is an active advocate for Board and Homeowners Education, he has contributed to several newspaper articles related to Community Association Management and has held seminars for Board members.

 

Nicolas is currently the Chair of the Education Committee for the Washington Chapter of the Community Association Institute (WSCAI) and also serves on the Law Day Committee. He is an approved Mediator for the Mediation Program of WSCAI.
