Navigate Community Management is one of only a few management companies with the AAMC designation in Washington State. Navigate provides Education opportunities for all its employees by paying for the followings: CAI classes, attendance to WSCAI events, designation applications, CAI membership, designation annual fees, etc.
The Bucket List Journal
When joining our team, you will receive your own Bucket List Journal by Ben Nemtin.
Our employees are encouraged to write down their bucket lists and turn their dreams/goals into reality, whether it is going to the gym weekly or skydiving over Snohomish, or going to a foreign country for the first time. Navigates will pay $500/year toward bucket list goals and/or vacations
