Community Association Manager
The Community Association Manager is responsible for the management, day to day operations and support of community associations (homeowners associations, condominiums and townhomes). Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Daily operations
- Communication with Board of Directors, homeowners, contractors
- Budget preparation
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs and special projects
- Inspection & site review
- Board/annual meeting attendance
- Request & review proposals and bids for project
- Prepare Board packets, agendas and calendars
Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as a team

Position requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
Must be willing to obtain the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) within 3-6 months of employment.
Administrative Assistant/ Community Coordinator
The Administrative Assistant / Community Coordinator is responsible for assisting one or more Community Association Managers is the daily operations of the community associations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone/emails
- Handle homeowners requests
- Receive and coordinate Architectural Requests from Homeowners
- Maintain Association information
- Send communications (email, text & mail)
- Process complaints and issue compliance letters
- Manage maintenance requests
- Schedule meeting
- Assist with the resale process
- Prepare letter, memos and forms
- Send welcome packet

Property Accountant / Bookkeeper
The Property Accountant / Bookkeeper is responsible for the
Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Respond to homeowners questions about their account
- Accounts receivables - process, scan and deposits checks
- Review of special assessment and online deposits
- Send statements to homeowners by email and mail
- Perform monthly reconciliation
- Account payable - scan, enter and process invoices
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Support budget activities
- Research and resolve issues and exceptions
- Comply with Company policies & procedures, accounting policies & procedures
Qualifications:
- Our company is technology driven. The candidate must be comfortable with computer, apps and learning new software.
- Knowledge of accrual accounting and financial reports
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication
